Hello from MODORRA/TRANS:

Modorra/Trans is a fashion saloon for latest trends and urban culture with its headquarters in Bilbao . A cutting edge space that will join together a selection of international work elaborated according to fashion, latest trends and modern culture.

We are interested in the latest trends, contemporary aesthetic attitudes, new social movements and new lines of communication across different disciplines so that at Modorra/Trans we will mix fashion, photography, illustration, music... to create a space that is clearly generational and that says who we are and what is happening around us.

We are now organising the sixth edition and are looking for:

People with attitude for an underground catwalk in Bilbao (who can model clothes)

Designers who are interested in the underground catwalk (whose collections will be modelled by people with attitude not by professional models).

People who want to come to Bilbao to see an underground fashion and latest trends event. We like to meet new people.

We are looking for designers, photographers, artists, intellectuals... to select the participants of the sixth edition of Modorra/Trans and to put together the contents of a publication about fashion, aesthetics and contemporary attitudes. The publication will be circulated at a national level and we are interested in articles, editorials, graphic material of all types... that express your vision of fashion or concern the latest trends and the people behind them.

The best thing is that we promise not to apply any kind of censorship. WE FULLY SUPPORT SINCERE PARTICIPANTS WHO SPEAK THEIR MIND.

Therefore, if you have a cool project to do with fashion, the latest trends and urban culture and you are interested in publishing it or presenting it at Modorra/Trans send it to us before the 20 th October.

Modorra will take place on the 14 th and 15 th of December. The exact location is yet to be decided, but the area will be Bilbao La Vieja (the cool/hard area of the city.

As a model
Send us some photos (compressed into a zip file) together with your shirt, trouser and shoe sizes. Reserve the 14 th and 15 th of December in your diary.

In the event
Send us your proposal by e-mail or by regular post. In either case we always ask that a part of the project is already completed (for example, any given collection a minimum of 15 articles is required of which 8 have to have been produced. Attach a short C.V. with a text explaining who you are and what you do.

In the publication
Send us your proposals before the 20 th October. In the case that you proposal includes graphic material (videos, photography, editorials...) send us the material in a low quality format or with a link where we can see/download your proposal.

In any case, if you prefer to send your dossier by post and you want us to return it, remember any costs will be charged to you.
